16. Segment Information The Company’s chief operating decision maker (“CODM”), the Chief Executive Officer, manages the Company’s business activities as a single operating and reportable segment at the consolidated level. The CODM primarily uses consolidated net income as the measure of segment profit or loss in assessing performance by comparing current results to prior periods and making decisions such as resource allocations related to operations. The CODM is provided with the segment expenses included in consolidated Net income and reflected in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations and Comprehensive Income, and in the accompanying Notes to Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements, to manage the Company’s operations. |
